The cottage is furnished with cottage style furnishings for a comfortable relaxed beach feel. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a full bed. Freestanding laundry facility adjacent to the patio with extra storage space.

Nice outdoor living space with patio and deluxe outdoor shower enclosure with hot & cold water. Landscaped yard with beautiful hydrangeas blooming during the summer. The backyard has a nice view of East Harbor also know as Pilgrim Lake (salt water) and the National Seashore Dunes.

2025 Weekly Rates (Saturday to Saturday) 

Weekly pricing based upon 2 person occupancy; $150 charge for one additional guest with maximum occupancy of 3 people.

May 3 - June 7 $1,600 per week;

June 7 - June 14 $1,600

June 14 - June 21 $1,700 per week;

June 21 - July 12 $2,000 per week;

July 12 - August 23 $2,200 per week;

August 23 - August 30 $2,000 per week;

August 30 -  October 4 $1,600 per week;

October 4 - Nov 1 $1,500 per week.

Three Night Minimum Stays in Off Season: May - June & September - October. Call for availability and pricing.

$500 Security Deposit, $50 Booking Fee & 14.45% State & Local Short Term Rental Tax.
