The beautiful front porch with water view is spacious with seating areas for lounging and dining. After a day at the beach enjoy hanging out or reading a book on the porch with cool breezes off the Atlantic Ocean. The cottage features open concept living on the first floor with open living area, dining area and kitchen with an air conditioning unit. Hardwood flooring throughout with tile flooring in bathrooms. The home has comforable beach style decor. The kitchen is well designed and has everything you need. French door in kitchen provides nice natural lighting and opens to the side deck with outdoor charcoal grill. Full bathroom on the first floor with tiled shower. Bedroom 1 on the first floor with full bed has nice natural lighting with windows facing the golf course. There are two bedrooms on the second floor along with another full bath with tub/shower combination. Bright light filled hallway at the top of the stairs. Bedroom 2 - Master bedroom has a queen bed, water view and air conditioning unit. The corner master bedroom has plenty of windows providing nice natural lighting and air flow. Bedroom 3 - Front corner bedroom with Twin Bed & Trundle Twin has a water view and air conditioning unit. The sunny side deck is furnished with two adirondack chairs and a small side table. This is a great spot to lounge in the sun and enjoy the landscaped yard area. The outdoor charcoal grill is right off the side deck. The washer and dryer is located in the basement.
